WELCOME TO
The Neal Milligan
Museum of Art

We are happy you decided to stop by and check us out. The desire and vision of this organization is to build a facility in Caddo, Oklahoma to house the collection of 19th century American art and European art that Neal Milligan began curating in the1990s. This facility will not only house the Neal Milligan collection of art, but it will also host carefully curated traveling art exhibitions as well as host cultural events to expand the mind, and expose the visitor to new as well as historic cultural ideas. Our hope is that this museum will be a must see destination for the people

of rural southeastern Oklahoma

and north Texas to discover and experience world class art,
beauty and culture.
